It’s coming up to end of year one for the Young Peoples’ Advocacy Project.

I’m really enjoying my time at IA and hope the next year of the project will be as successful. I’m really excited as I’m in the process of meeting and training a couple of new Advocates.

I have finished the first advocacy awareness course at Lambs Grange School and am now working with a new group of students on developing self advocacy skills.

I’m working with young people aged 14-25 across Central Cheshire on a range of issues including housing, leaving school or college, and providing support at meetings and reviews.
